One expects predatory practice from a new care dealership but this was by far the worse I have encountered. Complaining to the General Manager did no good at all. Ames is a better choice if shopping for a Toyota.
Pros: None Cons: Pretty much these folks are crooks

I hate buying cars. This dealership was pretty much like the rest, the sales staff want you to buy a car. I knew what I wanted and went in, told them and got a car in a few weeks. Pretty painless, but nothing special.
