ROCKFORD, Ill. Two Fulton, Ill., residents have been charged with murder. According to a press release from the Rockford Police Department issued recently, Larry D. Wright, 35, was found shot to death while sitting in a vehicle at Parmele Street and 20th Avenue in Rockford at 1:28 p.m. May 27.
